Dr Chaula nu åter i tjänst efter sin 3 åriga utbildning till gynekolog skickade detta till mig efter sin rond idag på Nkinga sjukhus Maternity ward .This mother had peripartum cardiomyopathy and had difficulties in breathing.ECHO was done helpt us to start anti failure and today she is conscious and can speak and recognize relatives.
